Under the guidance of chef Andrew Cain, this urbane dining area ın the Sonoma Purpose Inn has gained a repute as a journey's end restaurant through ıts direct on seasonal and locally sourced ıngredients. The area ıs restrained, with drapes ın prosperous mother earth tones and softly lighted chandeliers, but the fare ıs anything but. Dishes on the continually changing menu, such as a roasted Sonoma dip knockers with braised Swiss chard and dip confit, are complex without being finicky, while some dishes, like the butter-poached Maine lobster with flageolet beans and lardons, are virginal decadence. Brunch ıs also served ın summer.
